Payment Details

• No payment, no attendance.
• Early Bird Registration fee is MK1,000,000 and Payment must be done before 25th October 2025. 
• Late registration fee is MK1,200,000 and this payment to be made by 14th November 2025.

Cancellation

• If you cannot attend, a substitute participant can participate in your place provided you inform us in writing on or before 14th November 2025.
• Failure to cancel on or before14th November shall attract a 100% payment.  
• A refund, less a 30% administrative charge, will be given if cancellation is received in writing by 14th November 2025. Refunds after this date are not possible.
